Our Approach

Our facilitators have been in the training game for over 20 years and we understand the dread individuals have when they are told that they are being sent on a training day. Endless PowerPoint slides, embarrassing roleplays, all conducted by a fluffy, smiley tutor.

When you bring the Dizzy Heights experience to your workplace, none of this can be further from the truth. We like to think of ourselves as the punks of the learning industry, treating adults as adults and non-conformist to the classroom.

 

Our Story

Lead by our chief learning expert, Chris Smith, Chris has more than 25 years experience alone working in senior global L&D roles with blue chip giants like Nokia, Microsoft and The Carphone Warehouse.

At Dizzy Heights we believe that learning should not be confined by the four walls of the classroom. Learning should not be governed by the need to be close to a power socket and restricted by technology. In fact, we have run training sessions on a beach in Marbella, Spain, where we use natural resources like palm trees and rocks as pops for learning. Sometime the unconventional can be the most memorable of experiences. You just need to be brave and take a risk sometimes.

Chris is a husband to Julie, Father to Ashleigh and Finley and lives in the North Essex countryside.
